- Bulletins : publiés par la Commission de planification, le Comité ou le Secrétariat afin d’informer les résidents sur diverses activités (p. ex. un changement dans la fréquence des prévisions, la parution d’une publication); ou publiés par tout organisme composant le Comité dans le but d’informer les résidents sur des conditions anormales en rivière ou sur des travaux spéciaux effectués sur un ouvrage ou un tronçon de la rivière particulier.
